How might we attract skilled workers (tech & digital) to join Rhine Valley companies and best support them during the relocation process?
The Rhine Valley is a hub for excellent tech companies and industry leaders. However, these companies and the region as a whole struggle to attract digital talent. People are not aware of the attractiveness of the region with all the business and leisure opportunities between the mountains and Lake Constance. If someone does accept a job in the region, the move is difficult. For instance, searching for a flat, handling the required administrative issues to relocate, finding jobs for dual career couples, and identifying schools and childcare are pain points. Once they arrive, the first steps to settle down (mobility, connect to digital community, etc.) are cumbersome.
Let’s create a solution to make people’s transition to the Rhine Valley smooth and exciting. We want to tell people that their job is here and everything else is easily available in the digital app. How might we create this solution? Show us how we can attract people to the Rhine Valley and make moving and settling here easy and fun.
The winning team will be awarded a present with a tasty surprise. Moreover, we offer a co-creation workshop in our Lifecycle HUB together with the two idea owners. The workshop outcomes will be considered for follow up as a pilot project jointly managed by Innovation Days participants and Rhomberg Group innovation team. The winning team gets also the chance to be part of the Business Labs Program directly at the Lifecycle Tower.
